Family Lineage
There is nothing more important than having a solid mother-line in your breeding program.  EM/ SPA Dorfblume descends from one of Germanys top mother-lines, something that gives me great pride and is a 5th generation SPS/ Elite mare.

EM/ SPA Dorfblume's sire Davignon is by the legendary Donnerhall.  Davignon has produced many FEI level horses and states premium and elite mares.  He is one of Donnerhall's greatest sons being the 1992 winner of the Bundeschampionat.  Donnerhall of course needs no introduction.  His accomplishments are too many to list as he not only excelled in the breeding shed producing more than 77 approved sons and 84 states premium mares, but also in sport under Karin Rehbein winning more than 65 FEI level competitions.

Dorfblume's dam ,SPS Marschfee, is generally considered one of the best mares by stallion Match0 AA as she was the 1991 winner of the Louis-Wiegels-Show, Ratje Niebuhr Show and National Mare Show in Germany.  In 1990 Marschfee completed her MPT with a final score of 8.17 and was winner of the suitability class.  She is sired by Matcho AA a great refining stallion owned by the Celle State Stud.  SPS Marschfee has produced only states premium daughters and licensed sons including Di Versace and Don Paulo who was sold to Belgium.

Dorfblume's full sister, SPS Dorfee, has had multiple breeding successes.  Her 2005 colt by Hilltop Rousseau placed 9th at the German Hanoverian Foal Championships, her 2004 filly by Weltissimo won the mature class at the Ingo Pape Show, and her 2002 colt by Rotspon, named Rubiano, was a licensed stallion in the process of completing his 70-day test in Germany before his untimely death at a young age.

Dorfblume's full brother Di Versace is a licensed stallion standing in Germany and her other full brother Don Paulo is a stallion that sold to Belgium.

Dorfblume's most famous relative is Del Piero, the 1998 champion and 1999 vice champion of the Bundeschampionat.  Del Piero's dam SPS Mascha is the full sister to Dorfblume's dam SPS Marschfee and his sire is Donnerhall.
